Mutationation is a series of sculptures exploring imagined growth and mutations. Each sculpture explores a different combination of organic forms. The first (green) sculpture features vine and grass-like undergrowth with vivid coloured details. The second (yellow) sculpture combines skeletal forms with fungi pieces and reptilian skin textures. The third (red) sculpture contains imagined spike forms embedded with fungi and crater indentations. The strange and otherworldly qualities of the work allows for different interpretations and experiences of discovery.
