<em>Texture manipulations</em> is a series of images which combines digital and traditional mediums to explore different textures. The images started out as photos of different textured objects. These photos were then edited in photoshop in an experimental editing session using lots of different methods of image manipulation. They were then printed on paper and drawn on with traditional art materials. The textures being explored include gooey, soft, liquid, rough and spikes.

Texture Manipulations

<em>Colour room</em> was installed in a room at UNSW Art and Design. Different coloured cellophane was applied to the windows to change the room through colour and light. During the day, the sunlight shone through the windows, creating a multicoloured stained glass window effect. It also spread coloured light around the room, projecting colours onto the floors, objects and people in the room. During the night, the room transformed into a colourful glowing box when the light was on and the room was viewed from the outside.
